Refund policy

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after confirming the order to request for a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund your video must have not been prepared and uploaded on our channel. There will be no refund if the video is already prepared.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and digital products and Services.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your case, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
